Domestic Shipping 

We offer shipping through UPS and USPS within the United States. Delivery within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping 

Playtri does not currently ship internationally. International customers may use a U.S.-based freight forwarder such as MyUS, Shipito, or Stackry.

Playtri is not affiliated with these companies and is responsible only for delivery to the U.S. forwarding address. The customer is responsible for all international shipping, customs, duties, insurance, restrictions, returns, and final delivery.

In-Store Pick Up

We offer in-store pick up at all our locations. You will receive an email or text notification when the order is ready for pick up.
