HED Jet 6/9 X Black Rim Brake Tubeless Carbon Wheelset - DEMO

HED Jet 6/9 X Black Rim Brake Tubeless Wheelset

The HED Jet 6/9 X Black gives a rim brake bike a stealth look along with a mix of braking performance and speed. The front wheel is the 60 mm Jet6 and the rear is the deeper 90 mm Jet9, a pairing aimed at low weight and aerodynamics. The rims combine aluminum alloy and carbon fiber for a balance of durability and low weight, and the anodized alloy brake track is very efficient at braking. HED says the wheels cut stopping distance by 25 percent in the dry and 75 percent in the wet compared with typical wheels.

HED’s Stability Control Technology helps the wheels handle sidewind forces at angles of 0 to 15 degrees. The Jet9 has the deepest profile in the Jet line, for the most aerodynamic efficiency. The wheels are tubeless compatible, with a 21 mm internal and 25 mm external rim width, and the set weighs about 1,817 g (752 g front, 1,065 g rear)
